We offer three options for sending your order; the first is Royal Mail Special Delivery this option includes £500.00 postal insurance; this is the option that we recommend.

The second option is Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, this option does not carry any postal insurance so is recommended for smaller orders of less value.

The third option is Royal Mail Standard Parcel, this does not carry any postal insurance and takes up to five days to deliver.

The choice is yours, simply check the box as you go through the checkout to select the shipping method.

A signature is required for Special and Recorded delivery and a Royal Mail tracking number is available upon request. Standard delivery is not tracked and a signature is not required.

Returns – Recorded/Special Delivery

Should you need to return any items to us then please use the return label provided with your shipment and take the parcel to a Post Office convenient to you and return to us by recorded or special delivery. If you have not heard from us within a few days of posting us then please contact us with the Delivery tracking number so that we can trace the parcel. Goods should be returned within 7 working days.

If you are returning items then please contact us so that we know items are on their way back, this will help to speed up the process. If you would like your items shipped outside of the UK then please contact us for a quote.
